Dear Virginia, WOW--that was wonderful!!! You are a top-notch pianist and an inspiration to Cora and I. Now we're thinking of having my son, Andrew, tape one of our piano duets and put it on our blogs. I am wondering where you found the music? I have never seen any music from the Anne of Green Gables series. If you could share that information, we'd both be delighted! I told Cora it's too bad that I didn't see this before I bought her new piano duet book for her birthday. She said, "Oh well, Mother's Day is coming up." :) Do you give each other music for presents too? Mrs. Bornemann (Cora Beth's mom)
I found the link to your blog on Cora Beth's blog.. and I just loved the song! I've always really like Anne Of Green Gables!! I'd never heard it played quite that way before... there were a couple of extra 'different' notes in there. :) Nice!
I'm 19 by the way... :) I also play the violin and fiddle around with the piano... no pun intended.... :D I just simply love music!! I'd also like the music for that song!
Hello everyone! Cora Beth, the name of the song is Anne's Theme...:-) Very predictable! hahaha!
Mrs. Bornemann, Thank you so much! Yes, DO! I'd love to watch a movie of a duet by you and Cora Beth! The music to this song is actually in this huge book of music called "Dan Coates Music for All occasions." I just bought the book, and Anne's Theme was the first song I wanted to play! And yes, My mom gets me a new piano book every year for Christmas. I LOVE them, they're always some my favorite gifts!:-)
Flynn, Thank you SO much! And thank you for your prayers! Love you lots!
Sarah, Thank you for commenting! I'm so glad you found my blog! I'm always so excited when I see a new reader! and yes, there were quite a few extra notes! hahahaha! Its very awesome to meet a fellow music lover! Hope we can keep in touch!

I LOVE that song, Virginia! I know it's from Anne, but am not sure the name of it?
Beautiful playing!
